The Child Reintegration Centre (CRC) utilizes a programmatic structure to fulfill the organization’s mission and vision. The key components of CRC include Train, Coach, and Mentor, Family Empowerment Advocacy (FEA), Education, and Case Management:

Train Coach and Mentor (TCM)
The CRC lends its expertise by helping institutions/organizations achieve sustainable transformation to family-based care programs through child reintegration and family reunification. This is accomplished using the Train, Coach and Mentor framework.
Family Empowerment Advocacy (FEA)
The primary function of Family Empowerment Advocacy is to maintain relationships between the CRC and funding partners. This is achieved through letter writing and photo events. Each child/family in the CRC with an advocate is required to write their advocate twice a year. The letter writing event is supervised by a case manager. Likewise, advocates also write to their families, giving encouragement by keeping them in their prayers and ensuring the financial support continues. The FEA employs storytelling and quick updates from families, which are collected by case managers and shared with Helping Children Worldwide (HCW). Advocates also support an end of the year Christmas party, giving gifts to the children/families.
We also raise funds locally within Sierra Leone, encouraging advocacy by inviting others across the country to support families with their finances.

Case Management
The department exists to complement the efforts of CRC by regularly visiting families in schools and homes ( these visits include announced and unannounced visits) get first hand information about families to be processed into data
