Case Management

The Case Management Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Case Management Programme, including Family Empowerment Advocacy and Microfinance, and also serves as the Chief Protection Officer. This position was established after CRC’s transition to coordinate services and support family empowerment interventions.

We have 10 Case Managers. Our Case Managers assess each child’s situation, trace family members, strengthen caregivers, and safely reintegrate children into permanent families. They also conduct regular school and home visits to monitor each child’s wellbeing and progress.

Story

Every child has an individualized care plan and receives ongoing follow-up after reunification. Every successful reintegration means one less child growing up in an institution.
