Established in 2020 following CRC’s transition from institutional care, this programme helps organizations transition from residential care to family-based care.
We coach organizational leaders, social workers, and governments on how to safely reintegrate children into families while transforming orphanages into organizations that strengthen and support families.
Impact
During the last 12 months, CRC has coached 18 organizations across Sierra Leone and West Africa.
